Every Creteform project begins with a free estimate. The estimator will be your primary contact and act as your project manager. Project managers coordinate applicable, engineering, permitting, utility marking, and more. As the project progresses they will coordinate materials, equipment, and crews. Hire The Right Contractor
It is very important that you hire a licensed contractor, we are not a home improvement contractor, but a residential building contractor. The big difference is this allows us to do concrete foundations, and do many projects that a contractor that is licensed as a home improvement contractor would never be able to get the permits necessary to complete your project. Based in historic old town Manassas we are a stone throw from any construction project in Northern Virginia. We have two locations, one is at 8501 Wellington Rd., Manassas, VA 20109 about a 2-acre construction lot that we store many of the concrete forms, excavating equipment, and a welding shop. This location is at 8501 Wellington Rd our home office. In addition, we have a second lot that serves the purpose of storing our large trucks, and asphalt machinery that’s necessary for both commercial and residential use.
About Our Staff
We employ about 60 employees that are truly masters of both carpentry, machine operators, masons, and are general staff. I have badges and clearances for many high-profile jobs including the White House, Pentagon, National Institute of health, and many highly secured facilities throughout the northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC areas. I have a stack of badges, and clearances, to do such jobs. We have a team of employees that can pass background checks, and get clearances so that we can get onto just about any military base, or government property without delay. I have credentials and funding to work with the military, government, and there’s not a lot of contractors who can go where I go.
Government and Military Contracting
Creteform Construction has completed work at Washington Mill elementary school. This includes site work, concrete wall concrete walls, and slabs. Creteform Construction has completed military construction at The Pentagon, Bowling Air Force Base, Andrews Air Force Base, Quantico Marine base,
The Pentagon, Dover Delaware Airbase, and The National Institutes of Health. Wow, we even did construction work at The White House.
Schools and Commercial Contractor
Createform Construction has worked on projects including McDonald’s, and Panda Express, Taco Bell, Burger King, Uncle Julio’s. Schoolwork at Bellevue elementary school, Holland Marist elementary school, and Newington Forest elementary school. These jobs included retaining walls, elevator pits concrete site work, slabs, and footings. We did site and concrete work for the Bristol commerce parking garage, shopping center.
